Sitting in the waiting room hubby is in surgery only three hours to go. I hope

I usually use this blog for photos.. but my fucking mouth hurts so bad!! all I want to do is go home take some muscle relaxers get a heating pad put it on my face and go to sleep.
Went to the dentist and found out I have TMD.. I can barely open my mouth, the muscles around my jaw is inflammed and I have to work on destressing before bed so I don’t clench my teeth… bc that seems to be...
